I’m Jared Pike and I have competed at the highest levels as a swimmer at international events. I was a South African champion and national team member. In the United States, The National Strength and Conditioning Association named me All-American Athlete of the Year, and  a 4 year NCAA swimmer for Florida State University. 


And you know what? I’m a lot like you.

I  have had my shares of ups and downs, injuries, and frustrating times as an athlete. At times, I’ve been on the verge of  giving up. But I always got over my setbacks and so can you.

The most common problems I see among my clients are not laziness... lacking strength, lacking nutrition, lacking the right mindset, getting injured constantly, and a lack of consistency.

My passion for swimming led me to find a passion for running and cross-training. I earned my degree in exercise science and am now a certified Personal Trainer through NSCA. My studies brought to light how proper technique and movement-specific cross-training is essential to master your sport and exercise .
